Q: HOW DO I COMPLETE MY ASSIGNMENTS?

A: Each lesson will have an assignment that is located below the videos inside the lesson, below the video. After you have reviewed all the materials and are ready to complete the assignment, start by entering your answers in the space provided below the answers.

Please note: You cannot save your answers and come back to the Assignment later. The assignment must be completed all in one sitting. 

Once you enter all your answers, make sure you select which Assistant you are working with, along with the submit button.

Once you have submitted your assignment, click the Mark As Complete button, located below the video to complete your lesson.



Q: I AM ON A LIVE CALL, BUT HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR DON’T HEAR ANYTHING!

A: Don’t panic! Here are some helpful tips regarding Zoom to quickly help with any Zoom technical problems:

Note: You do not need to sign up with Zoom in order to join a meeting. You only need to sign up if you want to host your own meetings.

Q: WHERE ARE THE RECORDINGS AND HOW DO I ACCESS AND/OR DOWNLOAD THEM?

A: Weren’t able to attend live, or want to re-watch this magical retreat? This Online Member Portal will hold all the recordings, located on the Main Page. Simply click on the recording you would like to access, which will lead you to the video – please try the browser suggestions if the download is not working.



Q: HOW DO I ACCESS RECORDINGS AND MATERIALS ON MY PHONE OR I-PAD?

A: Our online community training website and the materials on it were designed to be most compatible on a computer, and we highly recommend using a desktop or laptop computer for best viewing. However, Kajabi has a mobile application you can download on your mobile device or i-pad. Please visit Kajabi Mobile App regarding further information on how to add these to your phone or i-pad.  Please do not expect that all features on these sites are fully functional on any device besides a computer. If you are having trouble accessing the recordings from your mobile device, we suggest you bookmark the site and have your browser save the password. If you are using 4G alone, you may have problems with playback. If this is the case, anything you can do to improve your internet service/connection will help with this and should improve your connections.



Q: I DO NOT WANT LARGE PHONE BILLS TO ATTEND THE CLASS, BUT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CALLS!

A: For the best experience, we highly recommend joining this event by Zoom. However, we understand that this may not be possible for everyone and invite you to refer to our Call-in Instructions located on the Main Page Schedule. Please note that although there are many free call-in options provided in this section, we do not recommend using the list of local International Numbers as there may be hidden charges which vary depending on the particular Country’s telephone service rate structure.



Q: I WANT TO ADD OR CHANGE MY PHOTO! 

A: Put a face to your name by adding a photo to your Avatar! This photo will be visible when you make any comments or posts on this Online Learning Community, including the Community Forum. This is completely optional, although we highly recommend it! Adding or changing your photo can be easily done in just a few simple steps: 

  • After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Here you will find the Avatar section.
  • Select the Change Avatar button to begin uploading your photo.
  • Choose your photo from the options given on the upload screen.
  • Then click Save.
  • Your photo must be 100X100 pixels, otherwise, it may cause the photo to be cropped or blurry.

 



Q: OH NO! MY HEAD IS CUT OFF IN MY PHOTO AND/OR ITS BLURRY! WHAT CAN I DO?

A: First, you will want to follow the instructions above on how to Add OR Change Your Profile Photo.  Make sure your profile photo is sized to a square photo and not larger than 100 pixels x 100 pixels. Photos that are not square will be cropped to fit into square image. Photos cannot be edited in Kajabi (OLC). You will need to crop or resize your profile image in an outside Image Editor. There are several free editors online. Type “Free image editor” into your browser. Once you update your photo use the steps above to replace your profile image.



Q: I NEED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD! 

A: You can easily change your password once you have registered for your Online Learning Community account, here is a quick step-by-step guide on how to do so: 

  • After logging in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
  • Here you will scroll down to find the Password section.
  • First you will need to enter your Current Password.
  • If you have forgotten your current password, you can click on the Forgot? button located under the Current Password box.
  • After you have entered your current password, you can then enter your new password in the New Password box.
  • Re-enter your new password in the Verify Password box.
  • Make sure you scroll down to the bottom and select the Save button to update your changes.



Q: HOW DO I STOP RECEIVING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FROM THIS WEBSITE?

A: Kajabi will automatically send you email notifications. To turn this service off click on the black circle avatar in the upper right-hand corner, and then click Settings. From there you will see three options:

  • Please notify me when a reply to one of my posts or comments is created.
  • Please email me about new products and promotions.

Each one of these options has a box that you can check to either enable or disable these account notifications.



Q: I DON’T THINK I AM RECEIVING ALL OF THE COURSE EMAILS OR I WANT TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS.

A: First, please check your Settings to ensure you have the correct email address you would like to receive messages to, by clicking on the black circle avatar in the upper right-hand corner, then select Settings.
